    Payment Policies

    You agree to pay the amount that was listed for each good or service when you placed your order on the website or mobile application the "Product Price", any shipping costs associated with the delivery service you choose, (if any) the "Delivery Fees", and any taxes that may be due (defined below). The mode of payment: We accept payments online in Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards, Internet Banking, UPI, Deposits to our bank accounts, or cash on delivery. On occasion, a consumer places an order on our website or mobile application, but the payment gateway becomes blocked, and the order may not be fulfilled.     Orders and Order Acceptance

    When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy, and Ayushimart must accept this offer in order for it to be accepted. Receiving an order confirmation from Ayushimart does not imply that we have accepted your order or that we are making an offer to sell you something. After receiving your order, Ayushimart retains the right to accept, decline, or cancel it (in whole or in part) for any reason at any time. Before accepting any order, Ayushimart may need more confirmations or data. You must precisely provide the name and shipping address of the things recipient if you are placing a grocery things order. Prior to receiving delivery details for the item, Ayushimart will not accept your order (or the accepted portion thereof). Despite the aforementioned, you agree that if Ayushimart cancels all or a portion of your order, your only available recourse will be one of the following:

    1. If your account card has already been charged for the order, Ayushimart will reverse to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion; or

    2. Ayushimart will not charge your credit/debit card or bank account for the cancelled portion of the order.

    You will receive a purchase confirmation email, SMS and/or notification shortly after placing an order that contains all the information about your order, including the order number. When your things has been sent, Ayushimart will send you a confirmation email/SMS and/or notification to let you know. Issues with a Purchase

    Cancellation of Order

    Ayushimart take every attempt to provide you with top-notch service. Please let us know if you ever have any issues with an order. Orders that are already in progress or on the way, or delivered will not be changed or canceled by Ayushimart. Orders placed for same-day delivery are handled right away and typically cannot be modified. Unless given notice 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date, Ayushimart will not cancel any orders. No changes to delivery instructions will be accepted by Ayushimart, 4 hours prior to the delivery time.

    Pricing and Products

    Ayushimart shall have the right, prior to accepting any order, to decline or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or you have been charged for such product or service, in the event that a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, or information on such product or services received from Ayushimart's suppliers. If Ayushimart cancels your order after charging your credit/debit card or bank account, Ayushimart will refund to your account or credit/debit card in the amount of the charge if you have already been charged for the order.

    The pricing and descriptions of any product mentioned on the website or mobile application are all subject to change. Ayushimart retains the right to alter, pause, or stop offering any products or services at any time, with or without prior warning. You acknowledge that in the event that any product or service is modified, suspended, or discontinued, Ayushimart will not be liable to you or any other party.

    Delivery & Shipping Policy

    In compliance with Indian law, Ayushimart will not conduct any business with or offer any goods or services to any of the states. To addresses on rural routes, hotels, hospitals, military posts, or cemeteries, Ayushimart does not guarantee a delivery time. When checking out, enter the requested delivery time in the Special Instructions field. Ayushimart will make an effort to take your choices into account. Ayushimart will make an effort to deliver a product on the requested delivery day in cooperation with our service suppliers. You agree that any delivery dates requested are merely non-binding estimates and that you have no recourse against us in the event of any delays or early deliveries. If we choose to make deliveries in phases, you are still obligated to accept and pay for the subsequent deliveries. We are unable to make a delivery time guarantee because our service providers do not call ahead of time to deliver packages. When we send goods to you or the address of your chosen recipient, it is considered accepted. The Shipment Disclaimer, which is a crucial component of the Terms and Conditions, disclaims any responsibility for the fulfillment of the shipping and delivery terms below. The schedule listed below must be adhered to in order to receive same-day delivery.

    If there is a delivery dispute, proof of delivery will be given.

    Refund Policy

    You cannot get a refund for your purchase. There is no returnable merchandise or service, subject to the other Terms and Conditions.

    Despite anything else stated in the Terms and Conditions, if Ayushimart decides to refund to you, Ayushimart will only offer credit vouchers equal to the amount of the refund. However, in some cases, Ayushimart may decide to refund the money back, and the refund could be processed if we have the customer's account information. If a refund is agreed upon and given to the consumer in writing, it may be processed.

    "The Original Mode of Payment shall be the exclusive method of refund."

    Ayushimart disclaims liability and makes no return promises in the following circumstances:

    Exchanges

    There will be no product exchanges permitted by Ayushimart.

    Products with Damage or Defects

    Please contact Ayushimart at +91 93346 53043, +91 80922 25050 within 48 hours of delivery if any product you received is broken or defective, and send pictures of the problem to [email protected].  Ayushimart will, at its sole discretion, either send the updated product to you at no cost to you or reimburse you for the purchase price of such a product. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, it typically takes 10-15 business days for the refund amount to appear in your account after Ayushimart initiates a refund.

    Liability Disclaimers, Limitations, and Exclusions

    While Ayushimart makes every effort to present the most accurate, current content possible, there may occasionally be inaccuracies, typographical errors, or out-of-date information in the information, materials, products, and services offered on the website and/or mobile application. Moreover, Ayushimart reserves the right to alter the website and/or mobile application at any moment, as well as the data, contents, goods, and services described therein. They replace any and all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Ayushimart with regard to your use of and material available through the Website and Mobile Application.
